The Google Analytic data collected by this site is available to us via the Google Analytics platform, this provides us with information on how customers engage with our site. This data is anonymous to us and simply provides us with data to help improve our site in the future.

Ordering with us
By placing an order on this website you will be passing us personal information including your name, address and contact phone/email. This information is required for us to process your order and will be held in our website system in order to fulfil your order and retain a record for future queries. Your personal information will not be shared with any 3rd parties or used for anything other than to process your order. If you prefer us to delete your personal data after placing an order please contact us.
Online payments are processed by Paypal and at the point of payment you will be passed to the PayPal site to complete your transaction. We will not have access to your payment details or any other personal information you hold with PayPal.

Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to show you products you’ve recently viewed.
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can estimate shipping before you place an order and send you the order.
Other details about you: will be used to process online orders and contact you with any updates. We will not use your information for any marketing activity without gaining prior consent.

By contacting Love Maxee via email we will obtain information about you including your name and email address. This information is used to communicate with clients regarding any projects or commissioned work that is agreed with Love Maxee.
All email correspondence with clients is archived to enable us to provide a smoother service for future works (e.g. not needing to request information again from clients). We also maintain the archive to act as a record of authorisation from clients to proceed with work or send artwork to print etc in case of any dispute.
We do not use information obtained in communicating with clients to market our services, or pass any data to 3rd parties. The data is purely used to offer the best service we can to clients.
Upon generating invoices for clients we may request a postal address (particularly for businesses) which will then be included within the invoice and saved as part of our accounting records.
If you would like information on the data we hold, including requests to remove this data then please contact us.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, have placed an order, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Please contact us.
