At Pretty Pink Pamper Parties, we committed to providing our customers with the highest standard of quality and care. we have established the following terms and conditions to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff.

We kindly request that all customers carefully review these terms before proceeding with a booking, as submission of the booking form and a confirmed deposit payment will be regarded as acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Pretty Pink Pamper Parties reserves the right to update its terms of business at anytime without further notice.

Cancelling and Rescheduling a Booking:

Cancellations by the Customer: Should the customer choose to cancel their confirmed party booking for any reason without rescheduling, we will require at least 14 days notice via email. Deposits are non-refundable and will be kept by Pretty Pink Pamper Parties in it’s entirety.

Customer Rescheduling a Party:

If the customer wishes to reschedule their party, they may do so subject to availability and must book a new date within 14 days of notifying us by email. The new party date must be within 12 months from the original date. We will transfer any deposit paid to the new party date.

Cancellations by Pretty Pamper Parties:

In the unlikely event that Pretty Pink Pamper Parties will have to cancel a party booking, we will provide an alternative date and time. If the customer cannot or chooses not to reschedule, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

Access, Parking & Unloading/Loading:

The customer agrees to make any access, loading and parking restrictions known to us upon booking.

Access Restrictions and Unloading:

The customer will communicate any access restrictions at the party venue, including stairs, construction, or parking distance, to Pretty Pink Pamper Parties. Our staff will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the agreed party start time to unload equipment and set up, with the duration affected by the venue’s accessibility.

Parking:

Pretty Pink Pamper Parties staff will require one parking space for the duration of the party, including setting up, running the party and tidying away.

Maximum Number of Attendees:

Our Pamper Parties are suitable for ages 5-10 years old only. We will not be able to accommodate children under 5 years old. Please do not bring extended family members (2 adults max from birthday Girl’s side) or younger siblings that are not participating in activities. We unfortunately cannot accommodate more than 6 children per event. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you consider this limit when booking or sending out invitations.

Supervision:

The customer and any other accompanying adults are responsible for all children’s behaviour, general care and well-being whilst participating in the party. We prefer that there is an adult present near by in order to supervise any children who may need attention such as a toilet break or drink.

Children’s Participation:

Pretty Pink Pamper’s party host will encourage all children to participate in the party activities. They will not enforce that a child participates if, for any reason, that child does not wish to take part in any or all activities offered.

Hygiene Note – Pampering Treatments:

Pretty Pink Pamper Parties regrets that your party staff may be unable to offer certain pampering treatments to children with any viral infections and skin conditions, such as verrucas, warts or severe cold. An alternative treatment may be offered in such cases. Such conditions should be brought to your party staff’s attention prior to the start of the party.

Allergy Disclosure:

All guest allergies or medical conditions must be reported to the provider in advance this must be added on the consent form.

Party Start Times Standard Party Start Times Available:

We offer standard morning and afternoon booking slots with party start times as follows: On a Saturday or Sunday Morning – 11:00am Afternoon – 12:00pm or 2:00pm

School holidays we will be working over the week please contact us for more dates.

Privacy Policy:

We collect information about you to allow us to process with your order and to keep you informed about our products and services. We will never sell your personal information to any third parties. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and to be removed after the booking has taken place. We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Pretty Pamper Parties Contact and DBS Policy Contact with Children:

Due to the nature of our pampering services, physical contact with children is necessary in order to carry out the treatments. Our party staff will never insist on a child taking part if they are not comfortable having physical contact with them, for example, contact during nail painting and massage to hands and feet.

DBS Checks & Insurance:

We are DBS checked. Pretty Pink Pamper Parties is fully ensure with Public Liability Insurance.
